Ordering, payment references and delivery: what to expect
Understand the steps from a selected plan to payment review and order tracking without confusing an order with a verified payment.
Updated:
What happens when I place an order?
Select an available plan, review your cart and provide the contact details requested at checkout. The shop checks availability and calculates the order total on the server. Keep the order reference shown after checkout.
Creating an order does not by itself confirm that a payment has been received or that access has been delivered. Follow the payment or support instructions presented for your order.
How do I submit a manual payment?
Use only the payment method and recipient currently shown by the shop for your order. When sending a payment, include the order reference where the payment provider allows a reference. Submit the requested transaction information through the shop’s payment form so the team can review it.
Submitting transaction information is a request for payment review. Check the order’s payment status for the result; a submission or an order confirmation screen is not proof of a verified payment.
- Compare the amount with your current order total.
- Check the recipient in the shop before sending money.
- Keep the payment provider’s receipt for your own records.
- Do not publish account credentials or payment screenshots in a public comment.
When will my subscription be delivered?
Delivery conditions vary by product and plan. Read the product’s delivery information and any activation requirements before ordering. This guide does not promise a universal delivery time.
Signed-in customers can track their orders in their account. For a question about an existing order, use the shop’s support channels and provide the order reference privately. Avoid sharing guest access links or account passwords.
